Mushroom Manchurian Dosai
Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 1 cup chopped
- Onion - 1 cup chopped
- Capsicum - 1 cup chopped
- Carrot - 1 cup chopped
- Cooking Oil - as required
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Chill sauce - 1tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Black peper powder- as required
- Salt - as required
- Dosa batter - as required
Method:
For filling:
- Put oil in a frying pan and add onion. Fry for 2 minutes.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 1 minute
- Now add carrot , capsicum, mushroom and fry it.
- Fry until the vegetables get cooked
- Now add salt, black pepper powder, sauce and fry for 1 minute.
- Set this filling aside
For dosai:
- Take the dosa pan and heat it
- Put the batter in the pan and make dosa
- Now put the filling in top of dosa (only half of the circle should be filled)
- Let it to cook
- Serve it with cocunut chutney or corriander leaf chutney
